Melanerpes formicivorus
Lambert
HNNR

25 June 945. Checked the nest, which is Lambert.
1 kid, ~3 do, + 1 unhatched but developed egg.
Band ~ 13 July.
30 June 1200. Cut in hole a bit messed up; fixed it. Kid
sounds fine.
9 July 1400. Banded the 1 kid. By the way, he's the only kid
I've ever banded whose 2nd and 1st primaries
are not at all reduced!
Stored acorns: Yes.
