Checked nest: 2 kids, ~7 do. Band ~ 6 June. 5 June 1100. Banded the 2 kids. There are a few acorns still in one of The limbs around here, but not much; without their granary there aren't many places to store anymore. 2001 31 May The very nice-looking hole Joey pointed out in the 3rd Valley Oak going up the hill on Hastings does indeed have old babies in it!
