broad white rump, slightly notched tail. Feet not

very white rump, deep fork tail, dividing line seen
a few small fish (Coast#) jumping. Looked
like tuna
on H2O; 2 w/light rump, 3 w/dark

Booted small, very pronounced large white rump.
Flight was almost swift or swallow-like. Wings
appeared narrow. NOT A GOOD LOOK - poor light 100 yards
well seen, sitting on H2O, flushed to SE. Stiff wingbeats
dark rump.
