Finally shot, but dropped over the side and was lost. Orange/red - particularly bright on breast, throat, head, back - Wings dusky. Dusky patch eye to bill. Tanager bill. Landbird [illegible] well, didn't look at ship, but it departed. Jaeger wings relatively narrow, pointed. Flight rapid, apily followed erratic escape flight of euydionax. Two pointed central tail feathers - proper length for parasitic. 0752 Br.
