Arctic? - dipping to water occasionally Landed on deck - imm Dove & Cowbird flying close together, alongside ship for minute (seen intermittently) - Both birds seen to divert to follow the other deviated to one side. May include 1050 bird; Cowbird now on deck. No BFA's seen since about 830. 1120- 2 Doves & cowbird flying together Floating blob of kelp - large leaves-no bulbs visible. Though erratic in direction, bird is still making steady progress toward sea. Sperm whale 6 - blows of body. One calf. waller-like - green-yellow with white outer tailfees. SI-MNH-958-e Rev. 5-66
