Following
Distant - not [illegible] fully out of water - no response to ship.
Could be Delphinus, but no good marks - dorsal fin correct
shape and dark. - Nothing riding bow wave now.
Same size group - saw as 0817 bunch? - Passed northward
directly under bow, but did not stop to ride bow wave -
Could see backs only - behaved just like 0817 group -
Made good size splash despite coming only partially
out of water. Healed directly north away from ship, so
couldn't get good side view of dorsal fin.
Gad! - what a beautiful day for everything except birds
