Since 0730, in and out of fog patches - somewhat dense.
Delphinus? - Breaking water but not coming entirely out.

and back - other in good plumage.
Following a long slick oriented NW-SE
Flushed from slick - many bubbles - some Hot saw
in slick.
One bird has red feathers in tail.
