At least one bird flushed from here, but none in any holes. 1140. ♀ DB-LP/DB#193 here; possibly also an intruder. 13 June 1850. None here in passing. 15 June 1625. ♀ Wn/DB#260 seen at the nest hole at Haystack-Blonquist (see H-B notes) 19 June 1545. ♀ DB-LP/DB#193 atop main tree as I came down to count stores: 190. Nobody in any holes. 1 July 1930. Nobody in any holes. 14 July 915. Counted stores: 198 (essentially no change). 8 September 1430. Counted stores: 43. No new ones yet. 13 September 820. Watching. 835. ①♂ub in main tree hawking and sitting. 842. ②♀ Wn/M #260. 852. 2nd ♀ here now along with ♀260. 925. ♂ub here again. No storing; birds still hawking. 950. Leaving. Activity is pretty low. No sign of ♂347 seen, but the other 3 seem to still be here. This evening we saw 2 (maybe 3 at most) in the side tree over by Horsetail. 15 September 600. After seeing 2 birds go into the hole in the dead Valley Dale last night I ambushed this morning and got them without trouble: ♀260 and an unbanded A♂, now ♂476. 3 November 1005.
