(has been around since 0735' has a few dark feather toward the wing area but otherwise looks fully adult. 0810 = bird departed - W - on 420 - dark phase - on 420 - adult. Slightly smaller than Red-tail and flies lightly, contoured in flight between Red tail & White tail. (bell bright red, back flecked with black, long neck feathers. - SW - E Ab.
