REMARKS 1600 To Sunset scattered observations throughout Period - no regular times or schedule, all observations of birds in inner San Diego harbor, most while ship up refueling. There is a live boats holding area near here which has attracted many birds, especially Gulls. Gulls 500 ±50 at least 40% were Western Gulls, but there were smaller California gull, billed gulls and probably a few Herring Gulls - No Harbours - winged or Herman's Gulls.
