The Black petrel flew over and oil beside the TFP for several minutes then the LSP flew off. The second TFP we see flying around the general area. These birds did not act like gulls, was in that they were not continuously moving in one direction. No birds seen from the NW 0807 Flocks [illegible] Petrel 40±5- 0816 Wedge-tail Shearwater 30±5- [illegible] Petrel 2- Black Petrel 1- may be fairly but birds widely scattered, not drifting but staying in same general area 0820 [illegible] Petrel 10±2- 0823 Mont Shearwater 1- Pink-footed Shearwater 1- Wedge-tail Shearwater 1- Scattered not a true flock? maybe Scarcely Flock SI-MNH-958-e Rev. 5-66
