Z'd till lunch but don't expect O misses much. Ne trades 10-14 Hts all day rolling continuously but not violently hazy sun all pm. Sooty birds increased as we approach island (visible barely through haze at supper, st sitting on H2O was for nettle, a real odd one on me storm pet not seen suspect leach's though Aud's probably was auds not much but not #2 best. Whales looked acted like glob but color note light flying fish of 2 sorts [illegible] solitary [illegible] floating. 1 big pygmy no fish caught off fantail. No guess on pony type bridged-common (black) -44a nod!?
