June 29 0930h - she was in the nest box when I opened it. It grabbed her and
then was a pup with afterbirth still covering its head and the
vagina of the female was swollen and bloody. So, presumably
she just gave birth! We left her alone since it felt like she
had another baby left to birth. The male was in the
opposite side side of the enclosure.
June 30 1540 h wt = 42.0g. Two babies found -- both (?)
eyes closed, ears not folded back 1) 5.78g 2) 5.27
Can barely stand on all fours. Not using nest box.
