Blood, ear, saliva coll [No idea whose offspring she is - Maybe an immigrant This AM we radio-collared # 1137, 43g, ♀, lactating with a radio (Cl. #14) at station 7,9 on grid RC. She was dusted ORANGE before releasing her. We also collared her suspected mate, # 1158, scotal, 37g. at station 6,9 (Cl.#7, AM transmitter). We radio-collared # 1140, ♀, lactating at station 4,13 (Cl.#5) and dusted her with Purple powder. I don't know into her mate is. Finally, we dusted # 1123, ♀, 49g, pregnant with green powder at station 4,8 on RC. # 1205 ♀ Imm., nullip., 27g. Ear-tagged. Grid MC, St. 8,15. Blood, ear, saliva coll [No sign of any powder. Don't know whose offspring? Captured in Pit, bled 19 March & released. She got dusted for #1224 14 April This PM we got radio-locations on all 4 radiored animals, including #1137 & 1152 at the same nest (see data sheet) March 19 1206 ♀ SAD, TWD. 29.5g. Ear-tagged. Grid MC, St. 8,16. Blood, ear, saliva coll [No sign of any powder. Probably an immigrant. Am-caught # 1141 on grid MC covered with fresh RED powder. This PM Marco began kilometre @ 2000hrs, concentrating on nest occupancy of # 1137 & 1158. After I finished checking traps on MC, I met up w/ Marco at 2245h. At this time, Marco realizes realized that instead of monitoring ♀ # 1152, he had been receiving a signal from a transmitter in his knapsack with the same frequency (Cl.#7). Thus, all supposed locations of #1152 at the nest were wrong. Shortly thereafter we caught # 1152 at station 5,12 with fresh ORANGE powder on his ears, mouth, and feet. Marco did get information on # 1137 ♀ which is correct. Also, I dusted # 1140, ♀, lactating, with Purple Powder. This PM I caught # 19718 TWD on MC, St. 8,16. Covered with GREEN Powder.
