I collected a sample of 100 acorns from the storage trees here, 34 from the Sycamore and the rest from the Valley Oak. I marked 80 acorns in the Valley Oak as follows: (1-3 on snag pointing towards PoisonOak Hill) ① 15 Yellow ② 15 Red above ① ③ 15 Green above ② (4-5) in middle snag pointing vertically ④ 15 Red ⑤ 20 Yellow above ④ A couple birds were around but were not identified.
