Watching from hide. 1040. ⚪♀ub came to storage tree, gave a formidable alarm call, but remained mainly in the tree. 1055. ⚫j♀Red/DB-w/n(u) #295 eating green acorn (newly picked) below by the road (nothing to ♀) 1105. ⚫♀r-w-r/light #180 eating acorn below. Birds seem mostly up the road a ways; only occasionally coming down to here. 1110. ⚫Dub down below now. 1120. ⚫♂or - 3ul/da #69 above me doing some hawking in a Valley 1125. ⚫♀ M /Rid-la #293 preening in the storage tree 1130. Moved up to Valhalla temporarily. 1230. Back at Rl. Only birds seen were up the road 100m+. 1250. ⚪♀M/DB-w?#92 in main tree with Dub. 1305. ♀295 just landed on top of who was apparently an intruder, who disappeared forthwith. 1315. ⚫♂PRW#183. 1325. ⚪♂Red/DB-w/n #294. (still♂) 1330. Briefly 3 birds (one who appeared to be ♀ /yellow#292? again) were frantically hawking from a Valley lake nearby- each making short 3 second flights followed by 2 second intervals for about 2 minutes. 1340. left- 1500. Back again. Birds flew to PO Hill when I arrived. 1525. Several birds back, inc. ⚫♂DBRW#222. 1605. A ♀ in the storage tree just caught a Bombbylid fly. 1615. Walked around, finding several birds way up on PO Hill. 1645. More storing going on by several birds
