on decaying bark (birch) Cromerghown. 13 July 1839
Subtusiated.
Pileus minute, hemispherical, white, pruinose with a coat of fine white
powder. Gills adnate, broad, sulphurous at the margin, pale.
Stem pileate, white, broad at the base.
Pileus 1/2-3/4 an inch in diameter, delicate, snow white, subtusiated
immediately contracted at the margin; covered with a coarse
sulphur powder. Gills few, broad, subdecurrent, pale.
Stem 3/4-1 an inch high, pileate, the hairs largest below.
Not little Flesh
Stemulus large for the size of the pileus: subgibbous,
pellucid, pale-brown.
