(Will attempt to incubate and get DNA from developing egg.) 29MAY 19:30 - Roost watch. 3 birds roosted with eggs. [illegible] - 2647 (Bm) + 2 helpers [illegible] 3252 [illegible] and 3594, 3252 stayed just outside hole for about 10 min. before entering. 5June 9:15 - 4 babies. No eggs remaining - All in good condition - about 3-4 days old. 16July 8:50 - No birds seen in a cavity. 4Aug 7:30 - No birds seen in a cavity. 2003 20July 15:00 Checked for hatching. 3 healthy babies about 2 d old. No eggs (I think - difficult to reach bottom) 30July 8:50 - checked for nest. At least 1 healthy baby (Can't reach bottom to see if 2). Probably only 1.
