26 The weather continued balmy & the sea smooth. The passengers, seem remained quite inactive apparently he still recovering from horrible exertions. 27 A fancy dress ball left us / occurred of the night. We were a gay party & represented kuba girls, school girls, Koreans, Japs, Chinese wandering sailors soldiers, clowns, parrots etc. We assembled ed before dinner & the disguise was in many difficult to detect. Before the dance we had 2 flashlight photos taken. 28 Another perfect day.
