was surprised to find 4 Theroleplus a water deer from Korea here in a paddock. Underwood said he had shot them here. The Korean Sika was represented by a large S, several 95x 123 S. They are formed by the Koreans be said for their horns on the velvet which they use as medicine & the blood as a sovereign remedy as well. They had here a very long tusked Indian Elephant, & pair of Reindeer, Muntjacs, Ravens, alderges, Turany birds. In a Building in the park was a large collection of mounted birds, The reptiles or fish seen in the park except 3 small Chinese alligators, the 12 I have seen Underwood gave me a pamphlet he has written on big game in Korea published by Roy.
