The Korean is in build features nearest Japanese In this larger decidedly and much lighter in complexion. The men wear white baggy trousers to the ankles, long white coats & a small black graze top hat beneath which the cue can be seen than the meshes of the crab. The women wear the same large baggy trousers but over that a long white skirt to the ankle or a short jacket to the waste line. Often this latter is lifted up to the teats protrude, especially in women carrying nursing children. The women wear a white turban. Many of the people have narrow slant eyes as do also the Japs which gives them a more Chinese appearance than the close average Chinese. Rice Willet saw the only crops in evidence. Vegetable gardens
