After spending our way slowly up Sothow Creek amid the Chinese boats loaded with cotton, flour, vegetables, eggs, silk, corn, to complete we returned head up the river following the Brand to past punch shippings as far as the outskirts of the town to the arsenal where we turned about followed down the other shore . We crossed over to the Brand again, We reached our starting place at Sothow Creek at 4 P.M. II Most of my time was occupied in packing my thumbs for threshing to Yobohoma.
