(ID# 2594 w/ white hatching band.) Walt set ambush (for unbanded Q(s)) MAY23 14:30 - Set-up to attempt capture of unbanded Q 15:15 - (caught UnbQ and 2146 (IN HOLE when Q entered) Took blood from both New bird (#2609) banded as: White / M MAY23 15:00. Jim reports he saw NOBA this morning. (sex unknown) Set ambush to attempt capture NOBA. see D-blue-white/ D blue. Not on field list ? / ? → (1672) Prob Nat Also see 1633, 2413, (possibly 1451) MAY29 8:15 - Another attempt to catch unbanded bird. 9:45 - End obs. Did not see NOBA. MAY29 13:00 Another attempt to catch NOBA. (Q?) Buds seen 2412, 2413, 1672, 1633 16:15 - End obs. Did not see NOBA. May29 19:30 - Roost/ watch at roost tree. One bird roosted in nest hole; another in hole facing wood located ~1m above nest hole. A third bird thought about roosting in upper hole, but decided not to do so. JUNE4 (Pm) Jim reports that he did not see an unbanded bird during watch - so no 2nd Q breeder?
