Ossipee To Province Lake Sunday July 20 We drove down to Province Lake via Wakefield. The children went in the water and we had lunch. We saw an eagle soaring over the lake at a small perch of ten apparently blue-winged Drove home by way of Bennebrooke and had a talk with him. Asked him about the date of settlement of Pine Flat. He did not know. Dad said Jonathan Drs told him it was when he was a boy, as he saw them bring the logs. Some swallows were building on the gable of his barn B. Eagle Rare Swallow Born out
