Washington D.C To Wake Forest N.C Nov 17. We left at 840 Eva Bell & myself. Went by way of Fredericksburg. Had lunch in the woods a few miles, N.C. Richmond, along the long half Jones wheel were being cut for Pelpard and were stacked in carts peeled, for drying. We called on Ted Tom Muralls at Richmond for a half hour or so. Then went on by Petersburg and Henderson. We stopped at Wake Forest a college town.
