Sunday Aug 19. Did not
get up very early.
Helped Harry a little
after a midday dinner.
The drove was down to
Lyme to see John Page
but they were out.
We then drove down by
some of the beaches,
but everything was so
crowded that we did
not remain on any of them.
Went to Whitehill Falls
and climbed Mt. Fort
Observatory that overlooks
them and a lot of the
surrounding country.
Then went to Medford
& Cambridge & Boston
via the North River and
the Public Gardens, and
I took the train to
Worcester.
