July 22 Flemington to Hellsdelle NY. We (I) were up early and changed a bar fire that had become flat in the night were able to get it included [illegible] we were hung Fred [illegible] and got Jerry shut, after 8 (Standard End) went on at a good pace and had dinner on the Stomkuy road after Crossing Bear Mt Bridge found one decided we had best arrived in Grop Barrington Country where there is said to be an epidemic of black measles So we turned north from Amenia, and broke on to Hellsdelle NY. Stopped at a hotel there in a heavy rain.
