Monday May 28 Left Wash. N.Y. at 5 O'm for Albany to assist in judging traps for the Am. Humane Assoc. and the Nat. Assoc. of the Fur. Industry. Dr. [illegible] Dr. [illegible] Poch asked me to go and paying expenses. Dept. first willing to pay give me my time, but after a con- ference decided that it would thus become involved officially, and asked me to go on my own time as I had proposed before. It is three purely a Nature association trip. Left Green at Green's Cty. and was taken across by bus on Ferry. Left N.Y. 1145-6 for Albany
