Ther. TUES. MAR. 7, 1893 Wea. June 27. Explored the Kelloride Inward followed to some extent Very raining but quite a lot of birds Observed . Black that Blue Dr, the only canadian species found. Following is a list of birds seen, Red eyes Værio abundant- Cornbrid . very common, Dry sparrow A few seen and one nest found with eggs- Hart thush Eventually common; one most entarming eggs found. Black that Blue Warbler One seen on the hill. Note in quite heavy winds, Ther. WED. MAR. 8, 1893 Wea. Black and White Warblers Several seen Dingy Bird. A very common species everywhere Robin Several observed Scarlet Tanager! Several noticed on the Kelloride Rose breasted Grosbeak One seen by roadside in ponds- Ruby tit Hummer One noticed about Laurel Blossoms, Blue jay Several heard in woods- Red cing Hacklebird Common along from mute River, Meadow Lark One or two noticed in meadows!
