Pileus 3 cm, fibrilloso rimose, areolate except on disc which
is hazel, shading to cinnamon rufous margin slightly striate lacerate
gills free, close, ventricose, white; stipe 6 cm x 3 mm, pruinose a
above ring, silky fibrilloso below, pinkish buff, ring, narrow erect
concolorous.
