Pileus to 6 cm.,viscid within striate margins with floccose p
patches of universal veil still clinging to pileus;gills broad,sin-
uate, adnatesubdistant, white; stipe white, silky, 3-4 cm # 4 mm.,
ending in large bulbous base.
On dead log.

Paquita Hill specimen smaller 3 cm dirty whiteviscid from remains of veil flat
bulb fusiform 5 mm diam rooting base broken
