Tricholoma cf. subisabellina Pileus broadly umbonate, expanded, 2.7-3.7 cm. in diameter, moist velvety, on disc dark olive to deep olive buff at lacerate margin Gills white, sinuate to slightly decurrent, toothed, broad, subdistant, somewhat thick, crisped Stipe 7mm., white, fibrilloose, subsclay above, smooth below, 10cm. long in large specimens [5mm. x 4cm. in smaller which is more or less dark olive, cortinate nearly to apex] In leaf mould under chusquea, Quebrada Costa Rica, San José prov., Guayabill@s, 2300m. 8-7-36 Dodge & Goerger
