Pileus campanulate, expanded, disc meruloid, surface buff,
margin not striate, dry, minutely tomentose, flesh thin; gills
adnate, close between, pinkish & fuscous; spores in print pink-
ish when only a few; purplish-brown in mass; stipe
Decaying wood.
