Psilocybe Pileus white, 2 cm. diameter # 1.2 cm. high, campanulate, nitid, margin not striate nor appendiculate, incurved; gills close, broad with white edges, adnexed; stipe smooth, white, cartilaginous, hollow, 8 cm # 3-4 mm.
