Lepiota near tepeitensis Pileus 3 cm, white, scales thick to almost pyramidal, disc mummy brown, rest white with a row of large triangular scales extending beyond margin, stipe also cottony scaly below ring, which is composed of these scales which collapse and isappear, white; gills free, broad close, white, stipe 7 cm x 2-3 mm onion skin pink underscales; no bulb.
