Pileus expanded, slightly umbonate, pellicle separable up to
6.5 cm diam. disc slightly scaly, bister shading outward to snuff
brown and lighter, smooth, gills free pinkish, very close, braod
stipe silky white fleshy fibrous, 6 cm x 8 mm
On decaying log
