Transcription
Pleurotus semitectum group.
Pileus dimidiate to flabellate up to 4 x 6 cm diam. Surface
slightly spongy tomentose, margin thick, smooth, pinkish buff with
suggestion of avellaneous; gills close decurrent, medium width white
drying cream color (in one pileus evidently from same mycelium not
decurrent then) stipe 5 x 50-5 mm tapering downward cottony white).
On standing tree strangled by Ficus sp. in jungle about 6 m
above the ground, in jungle above H. Quebrada Azul northwest of
Tilaran
