Pileus triangular flabelliform 7 x 8 cm margin thin, slightly
striate probably white but dry when collected and then cream buff
marginate behind
gills broad subdistant cream color with darker edges only partly
decurrent along the stipe which is eccentric, .7 cm long, 1.0 cm
in diam smooth and white
