Pileus expanded, depressed, 5.5 cm, subviscid, becoming dry,
sublacunose, army brown shading to pinkish buff; margin even, thin
appendiculate, flesh thin except on disc, white; gills decurrent
almost to annulus, broad, close, cinnamon to snuff brown; stipe
slender, fleshy fibrous, dark tapering upward, annulus somewhat
evanescent, stipe 3.5 cm x 5-8 mm
