T. leaves 8 cm. internodular, margins irregularly toothed, dark green above, pale beneath; stems erect, branched, 30-40 cm. long, glabrous; flowers solitary or in small clusters, 1-2 cm. across, yellowish-green with darker veins; petals slightly reflexed; capsule oblong, 8-10 mm. long, 5-6 mm. wide, dehiscent at apex.
