Pileus infundibuliform 2.5 cm in diameter 1.5 cm high, striate sul-
cate on backs of gills, semipellucid, white; gills distant, narrow, white
decurrent, stipe 4 cm x 2 mm. semipellucid white, cartilaginous, strigose
at base only, rest smooth with a slight cottony tomentum above
