Pilei cespitose, smooth, pure white, convex to hemispheric
with deep depression over disc, practically pure white; gills
narrow, close, pure white, decurrent;.stipe fleshy, tough, slender,
white, smooth; pileus 1 1/4 in. in diameter; stipe 1 in. long.
Decaying log.
