Pileus expanded, umbilicate to almost infundibuliform,
7 cm diam, surface moist, white, hygrophanous
gills narrow, decurrent, close, cream colored
stipe central to somewhat eccentric, many branching from a single
point of attachment.
On rottinglog on edge of banana clearing
