37 Armillaria Pileus flat, 5 cm. with slight conical umbo, disc pyramidal, scaly, margin striate-sulcate, flesh thin, except on disc; gills white, ventricose, pink decurrent by a line, edges darker, close; stipe spongy, fleshy with fibrous cortex, cottony below; somewhat evanescent annulus, ending in bulb, 2 cm.# 5 mm.
