Favolus near subcaperata in Key.
Pileus 8 cm., surface, tomentose, tessellate on margin, smooth
on disc; stipe lateral; tubes somewhat decurrent, 2.5 cm # 8 mm.,
spongy, tomentose, below tubes.
Dead log.
