Crepidotus Pileus up to 6 cm. partly resupinate to point of at- tachment above and near center but pileus split up under- side as inverted Otides, viscld, buff near point of attach- ment, otherwise white, reticulate with water-soaked veins; gills close to crowded, wide, edges floccose with remain s of partial veil. Dead stump in potrero. Specimens examined: Costa Rica, San Jose, Rancho Redondo, Alt. 2600m. Dodge & Thomas 5122
