Pileus up to 8mm., surface densely fibrous, scaly, margin lacerate,
extending beyond gills, between ochraceous tawny & buckthorn brown
Gills concolorous or [illegible] darker, broad, ventricose, edge eroded or
appearing so from remains of veil, adnate, subsinuate
Stipe lateral, 0.3cm. x 1mm., fibrous, tomentose, lighter.
On decaying wood in forest along quebrada
