Clitocybe nearest testaceoflava Pilei densely cespitose, thereby distorted and stipe appearing eccentric to almost lateral but marginate behind; up to 3.5 cm diam. pinkish buff to pinkish cinnamon, umbilicate, flesh thick; gills very decurrent quite thin, comparatively narrow, appricot buff; stipe thick, fleshy distorted, seashell pink 1 cm diam about 1 cm long ta- pering slightly downward, flesh seashell pink or darker. decaying log in bananal Costa Rica: Limon, Marta 20 m., Dodge 7218 cf.
