Beetle were very numerous at the water's edge
and planaria were active. Scum present on
the surface, shifting occasionally. Eighteen (18)
fish caught by hand and placed in a sinker
trap on the upper shelf.
9:00 A.M. - Returned to Devil's Hole with Drs. Carl
Stubbs, Robert Miller, & James Deacon.
Pulled Traps and placed fish in temporary
containers (Styrofoam coolers - used whenever
such containers are necessary).
Traps set (0130-0900)* total of 7½ hrs.
Total trap hours = 60.
