CJS 67-12 Activity: fish quit active. Many fish swimming in and near cage. We approached the cage cautiously and and trapped about 35 fish in it by re-bending the end. Water level 1.91 (1200 hrs.) Air temp. 27°C water temp - 33.5°C Light red - .4°C black - 24.5°C O₂ - taken at 1300 hrs. 4 ppm Took measurements of Devil's Hole flow map. Took fish out of cage - measured some: 21, 23, 18, 19, 16, 20, 19 mm but I decided to take all of the fish out of the cage and leave it a week to watch for hatching of any eggs that may have been laid in it. Mostly large adults in cage. No young (side of cage was about 5" above ground level when mashed). (Looked like an air tank had been) dropped on it. No measure - pictures taken. 1500 hrs - planaria in crevices of rock sides) - beetle inactive - Captured twelve young to take back to NSU - put in 20 gallon plastic tank w/ water from Devil's Hole. Six planaria + two beetle collected
